Agronomist Silvestro Gallipoli sentenced for defamation against Prof. Antonio Giordano

The monocratic judge Fabrizio Suriano of the ninth criminal section of the Court of Rome sentenced the agronomist Silvestro Gallipoli for the crime of aggravated defamation related to the statement published by the latter on the social network Facebook against Prof. Antonio Giordano, defended by the well-known Neapolitan criminal lawyer Giovanni Siniscalchi.
Gallipoli, following the criminal conviction, will have to compensate the damage to Prof. Antonio Giordano and pay the professional fees for the costs of Prof. Giordano’s legal defense.
