Milan hosts the AmCham Transatlantic Awards with Tajani, Zappia and Markell

This year, Milan hosted to the Gala Dinner of the XVII Transatlantic Award, an event organized by AmCham - the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. AmCham is a non-profit organization that engages influential Italian and American entrepreneurs with the overarching goal of fostering economic and cultural ties between the United States and Italy. Additionally, the organization works for promoting commercial relations between members.


The event saw the presence of esteemed individuals, including the Honorable Antonio Tajani, who is the Vice President of the Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Jack Markell, the American Ambassador to Italy and San Marino, and Mariangela Zappia, the Italian Ambassador to the United States, were also among the recognized guests.


Other guests included Tracy Roberts-Pounds, the Consul General of the United States in Naples, Luca Arnaboldi, the President of AmCham, Simone Crolla, the Managing Director of AmCham, Dr. Massimo Petrone from the Southern Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, Professor Antonio Giordano, the President of the Sbarro Health Research Organization and a professor of Anatomy and Pathological Histology at the University of Siena, Dr. Antonio Giacomini, the CEO of Innovaway, cassation lawyer Giuseppe Ciliberti, and Dr. Nicolò Petrone, the CEO of 1,000 pharmacies.
