The answer may be a big "NO" but there are foods that can help you reduce the risk to ever get diagnosed with Cancer.

There are plenty of causes for cancer but in many cases it is to do with the dietary habits. Therefore choices you make in diets over the period of time are vital for a longer run. Consistency in healthy diet is key to prevent the risk of cancer.

Here are some foods that help in reducing the risk of cancer:

1. Fresh Veggies such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes etc.

2. Fresh fruits such as apples, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.

3. Pules such like dry beans, peas, lentils

4. Nuts and whole grains

Mediterranean diet is also a very good choice as it includes fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, dairies and olive oil that reduces the risk of cancer, especially breast cancer.
